Service includes

  • Masonry installation includes removing existing steel frames and doors.
  • Drywall installation.
  • Retrofit door into an existing frame.
  • Retrofit door with insert frame into existing frame (where existing frame is out-of-square or door is swing reversed).
  • Existing walls can be opened to accommodate a new frame, fire rated door installation or fire rated frame installation.
  • Garbage removal and full cleanup are included.
  • Contractor hardware, including hinges, locks, peepholes, push panic locks, door pull handles, door closers, etc. can be supplied and installed as required.
  • Customer-supplied hardware can be factory-installed or existing hardware can be field installed.
  • Weather stripping, saddles, wind chains, mortise door bottoms, sweeps, etc. are available.
  • Our professionally equipped service vans stock a variety of door hardware and other accessories.
  • Workmens' Compensation and General Liability insurance certificates can be provided upon written request.
