Masonry installation includes removing existing steel frames and doors.
Drywall installation.
Retrofit door into an existing frame.
Retrofit door with insert frame into existing frame (where existing frame is out-of-square or door is swing reversed).
Existing walls can be opened to accommodate a new frame, fire rated door installation or fire rated frame installation.
Garbage removal and full cleanup are included.
Contractor hardware, including hinges, locks, peepholes, push panic locks, door pull handles, door closers, etc. can be supplied and installed as required.
Customer-supplied hardware can be factory-installed or existing hardware can be field installed.
Weather stripping, saddles, wind chains, mortise door bottoms, sweeps, etc. are available.
